We have already presented the information that there would be a meeting of experts from several EU Member States and people interested in the subject of Relations at Work, in Prague in June, 2009.
Currently we strive to negotiate with the Senate of the Czech Republic to provide a worthy organizational frame for the Workshop. We are planning to send further details on the workshop to all serious applicants.
In the context of the meeting, I take the liberty to call on you for a short thought and a response to the questions as follows:
1. Relations in job – what does this mean for you?
2. Do these relations differ somehow from other relations? Where they do and where not?
3. Some authors speak of “relations erosion” or “erosion in relationship” (at work):
a/ What is your personal experience with such erosion in relationship?
b/ Would it be possible to prevent erosion in work relations? How?
4. Can relations, in particular relations at work, be cultivated? In what way?
Send kindly back your responses – which, however, we should receive by February 15, 2009 – to any of our addresses below. We will make a separate review of them and you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with it in some of the future issue of our “Špačkárna” magazine, or directly at our workshop.
